Woodhull Hospital doctor and dentist graduates

NYC Health + Hospitals President and Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Ram Raju addressed 62 future physicians on the occasion of having completed their residency programs at NYC Health + Hospitals/Woodhull on June third. These future physicians mark the completion of their first or second year residency training in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, General Dentistry and Oral Surgery. The ceremony also included the first class of graduates from the new Pediatric Dentistry training program hosted by the acute care teaching hospital.

NYC Health + Hospitals, the largest public health care system in the country, is a training ground for thousands of future health care professionals every year and a unique and dynamic environment where they learn to practice with compassion and cultural competency.
