Daniel Pollock aka Dancing Danny has been leading body strengthening and folk and line dancing classes for the seniors at the Swinging Sixties Senior Center since October 2015. His class brings joy and health to the seniors every Thursday from 11 am to noon. One Thursday in late May some of the children from Small World Child Care came down to join in the dance to prove that dancing is healthy fun for any age.
Dance classes with Dancing Danny take place every Thursday at 11am–noon at Swinging Sixties Senior Center: 211 Ainslie Street, Brooklyn, NY 11211. Seniors just need to register at the center (Ph. 718.963.3793).
