On October 18th lil’ cowboys, lil’ cowgirls, and their parents kicked their heels up at PS 17. The school looks forward to finding fun occasions to invite parent involvement, and their 2nd annual Hoedown was such an example. Children from Pre-K classes taught their parents a country dance and they danced together. In addition there were games, picking pumpkins, and a photo booth. Everyone was all smiles including the scarecrows.
