Sen. Brian Kavanagh met with St. Nicks Alliance, Southside United H.D.F.C – Los Sures, and United Neighbors Organization to discuss Neighborhood Preservation Program funds he secured in the budget and what needs to happen to accomplish stronger rent laws and tenant protections by June, when the state rent laws expire.
