Free memberships are available to New Yorkers who sign up between September 7–December 31, 2021. The membership term will last for one year from the date the individual signs up, and will grant access to citywide facilities. The McCarren Play Center at 776 Lorimer Street is a NYC Parks Recreation Centers in the community.
