March 9

Graham Avenue BID’s Cook Street Commons returns on March 9. This is the first of five spring Saturdays from noon–5 p.m.
This idea for a cozy open street started in July 2023 when the Graham Avenue BID launched Cook Street Commons on Cook Street east of Graham Avenue. It’s a special twist on an open street that promotes area businesses in engaging and entertaining ways.
Café tables with umbrellas and chairs provide shoppers a place to relax, recharge, and the opportunity to enjoy an alfresco bite purchased from area eateries. A D.J. plays music that keeps the energy up for more shopping or dancing. It’s also a chance to learn about some of the small business and community resources available from some of our partners.
Each Cook Street Commons Saturday will have a special element. March 9’s theme is sincere appreciation of the students and parents of P.S. 257. The BID will salute them for the great work they’ve done with them in the past.
Cook Street Commons will take place on these five Saturdays: March 9, March 23, April 6, April 20, and May 4. For more information visit: http://grahamavenuebid.org/join-us-at-the-new-cook-street-commons/
