Seniors get some information from Healthfirst on health insurance.

Swinging Sixties Older Adult Center (211 Ainslie Street) once again hosted an annual Health and Wellness Fair. This year Walgreens offered flu and COVID shots. NYC Health + Hospitals Woodhull Hospital provided blood pressure screenings. Pena offered haircuts and makeovers. Also in attendance were: Brooklyn Library, NYC Health, Food Bazaar, Healthfirst, Downstate University, and many others. There was a wealth of information on senior health concerns such as home care, assisted living, Alzheimer’s disease, etc.
