On November 21, Brooklyn Borough President Antonio Reynoso hosted a Thanksgiving food distribution event outside of Brooklyn Borough Hall in partnership with UA3.  The borough president’s staff distributed over 60K pounds of fresh produce, non-perishables, and other food items to more than 125 houses of worship, community kitchens, and other community-based organizations addressing food insecurity and homelessness.  In addition to UA3 and the volunteers, Reynoso thanked additional sponsors that made this possible: Citizens Bank, Food Bazaar Supermarket, Hispanic Federation, Mace Rich Brand Experiences, Met Council, National Grid, Optimum, and Ponce Bank.
