LockerNYC is a partnership with the New York City Department of Transportation (NYC DOT) and GoLocker, designed to cut down on thefts by providing a secure place to send and receive packages while also reducing delivery truck trips by consolidating more deliveries at central locations. The lockers are free and more sites have consistently been added since it launched in April 2024.

LockerNYC serves multiple delivery carriers and to ensure security, all locker locations are equipped with security cameras, LED lighting, and anti-theft mechanisms on locker compartments. Customers free 24/7 access. The lockers are operated and maintained by GoLocker, which oversees customer support and overall management of the technology.
