Mrs. Angela Cavallo lived a happy life in Greenpoint, Brooklyn for nearly 97 years.

Mrs. Angela Cavallo, nee San Pietro, passed away on January 19th.  A longtime resident of Greenpoint, Brooklyn, Mrs. Cavallo was well known in the community and loved by all. She was 96 when she passed, and would’ve been 97 on February 12, 2015. If that wasn’t distinction enough, she also had the amazing distinction of being born in the same house where she would spend all of her days. Her full life saw her become the doting wife and then widow of Barney Cavallo.  She was the mother of Mrs. Johanna LaVeglia, Angelo, and Frank Cavallo, in addition to being the grandmother of Kento and Kaito, and aunt to many loving nieces and nephews. Angela Cavallo was an active member of her community and the founder of the Our Lady of the Snow Society, Ladies Auxiliary. A Solemn Mass was celebrated at St. Cecelia’s RC church on January 22nd and a Christian burial at Calvary Cemetery. She will be missed by all.
