The end of June brings an end to diving into homework and the start of diving into swimming pools.  School Settlement Association at 120 Jackson Street held their end of school year send-off on June 18th. This year the celebration was made extra special with the premier issue of the School Settlement Year Book.  The good times continued to roll with awards presentations, interspersed with a poetry reading, and singing and dancing performances by the students.  Rick Martinez, Program Director of School Settlement Association, movingly praised the students and staff he was graced to work with and acknowledged his dad with gratitude and an early Happy Father’s Day.
