Community Board 1 approves community plan for Greenpoint Hospital development.

Brooklyn Community Board 1’s January meeting voiced community support for the Greenpoint Renaissance Enterprise Corporation (GREC) plan to develop over 300 units of affordable housing and a much needed senior health center at the Greenpoint Hospital campus.
