The Williamsburg Sports League and supporters filled Grand Street for their 4th annual parade, which launches the community’s little league baseball. “It’s about the kids and it’s about community, thank you for all the support that came out to help us kick off our 2017 season,” said District Leader Tommy Torres who serves as the league’s commissioner. Council Member Antonio Reynoso, acting Brooklyn District Attorney Eric Gonzalez, Pastor Jason Taber, and community organization St. Nicks Alliance were some of those participating in the parade.
