This annual award goes to young hardware retail professionals who are 35 yrs and under. Joseph Franquinha joined his uncle and father’s store, Crest Hardware in 2005. In 2007 he took ownership implemented several innovations, like a garden center that has increased business by 37%. Joseph Franquinha was awarded the honor for his accomplishments in store renovation and improvement, marketing, and his work within the community.
