On the Sunday afternoon before Halloween, superheroes, supervillains, unicorns, dinosaurs, lions, tigers, and bears, and other creatively costumed children and their families strolled Manhattan Avenue from Java to Norman and back again. Lead by the NYPD marching band and police car escort. It was a joy to behold and the paraders looked to be having a blast. Town Square is the organizer of this parade which is free fun for all local families to participate in. The parade is followed by the Spooktacular Party & Zombie Nerf War which do have a price of admission where the proceeds go to fund Town Square and Boy Scout Troop 26.
