Tuba Caroling Tradition

Pastor Philip Waldvogel (with tuba), of Williamsburgh Pentecostal Church (674 Metropolitan Ave.) brings his team of carolers to entertain the seniors of Jennings Hall each Christmas. It’s a joyful tradition that has lasted for more than twenty years!
