The documentary Pizza Shop: An Italian-American Dream was screened at Swinging Sixties Senior Center as part of the Michele Giannattasio Lecture Series. After the film a discussion featuring a sampling of pizza donated by Williamsburg Pizza and Carmine and Sons plus a discussion with neighborhood pizzaiolo Nino Coniglio (Williamsburg Pizza) who was joined by the owners of NY Pizza Suprema (Manhattan), and Mike’s Pizza (Amityville).
