Evergreen, the one-stop resource for industrial businesses in North Brooklyn, has purchased 500 Stagg Street, a 10,000 square foot warehouse building. Funding to acquire the site came from the NYC EDC Industrial Developer Fund program. In addition they received grants from NYS Empire State Development and ANHD through the Citi Community Foundation. The building will be renovated into a multi-tenant manufacturing facility, and it is estimated to be ready by late 2020.
