North Brooklyn Rents Still Movin’ on Up!

Real Estate UpdateThe numbers are in on the 2nd quarter of 2015, and these numbers say rent and home rates set new records.  According to a market report from Ideal Properties Group , compared to the same period last year average residential sales prices increased by 14.6%. Median rent in the northwestern portion of Brooklyn, Greenpoint and Williamsburg  through Park Slope,  reached  an all-time high of $2,964 a month.

“Due to consistent interest in residential properties, coupled with limited inventory, the second quarter of 2015 saw numerous new milestones in Brownstone and North Brooklyn,” stated Ideal Properties Group managing director Aleksandra Scepanovic.
