NYPD Precincts 83 and 90 and NYPD Police Service Area #3 celebrated National Night Out at Domino Park. Police officers and leadership, community, and political leaders came out in force to have a night out to celebrate community and the dedication of outstanding police officers. Lt. Govenor Kathy Hochul, Congresswoman Nydia Velázquez, Council Members Antonio Reynoso and Stephen Levin, Speaker Corey Johnson, Sen. Martin Malavé Dilan, Assemblywoman Maritza Davila were among the elected officials that joined in at this 35th National Night Out. Some even played a fierce game of volley ball.  National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods safer.  It has been held the first Tuesday in August since 1984.
