What A Gorgeous Fiesta!

The Fiesta attracts all kinds

The Graham Avenue BID hosts a yearly street fest Fiesta from Boerum to Broadway. It is one of the community’s first street fests of the season, and its mission is to entice the community to come out and support the retailers and businesses on this historic thoroughfare.

There was something for everyone, especially those who love food: candy apples and zeppoles for the sweet tooth set and regional street food faves from Latin America, Greece, and Italy for those who savor the savory.  Lemonade and other fun drinks were handy to refresh and quench.  Popular attractions were the bouncy houses, the BK Story Voyager, and vintage cars (included a Cadillac convertible and a Checker cab).

This year’s Graham Fiesta lived up to the t-shirt, it shined!

And of course there was shopping.  This year’s Fiesta has been put to rest, but the stores are always there for you to shop local and support your neighborhood businesses!
