There couldn’t be a more perfect day to inaugurate GrowNYC’s new farmers market than Sunday, July 12. Not a cloud in the sky, low humidity, a light breeze were a boon to unveiling this newest location at Domino Park’s southern boundary, South 4th St. btw Kent Ave. & River St.
“We’re thrilled to bring fresh local food (from upstate and beyond) to the South Williamsburg neighborhood, specifically to this very beautiful and epic location along the waterfront,” said Liz Carollo, Greenmarket asst. dir. at GrowNYC.

This green market is dubbed a seasonal one and will continue through November 22. The market hours are 9 a.m.–3 p.m. and they accept Cash, SNAP/EBT, Debit/Credit, WIC & Senior FMNP coupons. In addition, Health Bucks are there.
