To bring shoppers some holiday joy, Graham Avenue BID Exec. Dir. Alberto Valentin invited Santa to ride a trolley and give local kids the opportunity to take a selfie with him while on board.  The trolley ride’s starting point was at P.S. 257’s schoolyard on Cook Street and Graham Avenue and travelled through the entire district twice.  “

“The Graham Ave BID’s Holiday Trolley Rides with Santa was a real success.  The weather held up (with no rain) and we were able to provide six loops of Trolley rides with Santa to approximately 30 riders on each trolley loop, meaning we gave rides to about 180 children and their parents.  We gave out small teddy bears to the children along with Elves hats (courtesy of TD Bank) for their photos with Santa, and the look on the kids’ faces was priceless!”  said Valentin.
