266 Kent Avenue opens up units at 80% AMI
For those whose household incomes are between $55,646 and $167,570 the lottery for 266 Kent Avenue at One South First is open from now until April 18, 2022. To apply you need to set up a profile on the NYC Housing Connect website, or if you have set up a profile make sure all of your information is current, then select the development you want to apply to. Note: if you had set up an account on the old NYC Housing Connect website you’ll need to set up a new account on the current website.
266 Kent Avenue is 45 stories and offers studio, 1-bedroom, or 2-bedroom rental residences. Units are equipped with washer/dryers, floor-to-ceiling windows, track lighting and solar/blackout shades. Amenities include a fitness center and residential lounge, an outdoor lounge pool/sundeck, playroom, bike storage and shuttle bus to the L, J/M/Z trains and more — additional fees apply for some amenities. It is also a hop, skip, and a jump from Domino Park.
