Bravest vs Finest Best in BB

NYC’s Bravest and NYC’s Finest faced off again on the basketball court at M.S. 126 for an annual fundraiser.  It was an exciting gamer of neighborhood fire station vs neighborhood police station.  FDNY’s Engine 238/Ladder 106 played NYPD’s 94th Precinct.  The last time Greenline covered the event was in 2020, and the 94th Precinct won by one point.  This year the final score was 55-50 with FDNY obtaining the trophy.

“This annual charity event is a cherished one that brings together the community and many of our dedicated, local first responders.  I commend all of the players who work hard both on and off the basketball court for the people of New York City.  On behalf of the 94th Precinct, we thank all of our supporters and we congratulate FDNY on their win,” said Deputy Inspector Kathleen Fahey, commander of NYPD 94th Precinct.
