Needed Renovations for Early Childhood and Older Adult Centers

NYC Council Member Gutiérrez tours 211 Ainslie Street in mid-reconstruction

On August 22, NYC Council Member Jennifer Gutiérrez toured the second and third floors of 211 Ainslie Street, the home of Small World Early Childhood Center.  Classrooms are being expanded and added and a new HVAC system has been installed.  Renovations will begin shortly on the lower floors of Swinging Sixties Older Adult Center.  (l to r) Debra Sue Lorenzen, director of Youth and Education for St. Nicks Alliance and NYC Council Member Jennifer Gutiérrez.
